We all know that BTS filmed Bon Voyage Season 2 in Hawaii, it was an especially exciting season for me because I live about two blocks away from where they were walking to find their bus stop! I pass by there every day and it still thrills me!
This doll is not one of the iconic BTS looks, but it is special for me, because V came back to visit Hawaii with J-Hope and their families in December 2021, after their phenomenal PTD on Stage concerts in Los Angeles California.
When I first saw this picture of Taehyung, I thought it looked like Hawaii, and he confirmed that this picture was taken in Hawaii, and he thanked the people of Hawaii for pretending not to know who he was, so he could vacation in peace.
They vacationed on another island at that time, but still in Hawaii, so very close to my heart! The doll stands about 11 inches tall, is made of 100% acrylic yarn, stuffed with polyfil and has plastic safety eyes so should not be used as a toy for small children since they are small enough to be swallowed.
The doll is wearing a blue /pink aloha shirt, yellow shorts, and sunglasses, all of which are removable. I know that Tae didn’t have his “7” tattoo on his left thigh at the time he went to Hawaii in December 2021, but since he’s wearing shorts, I embroidered the “7” on his thigh since it’s there now.
